Our plugins' code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later). A Pro purchase grants you updates and support for the license term for the number of sites in your plan.
An active Pro license includes plugin updates and support for its duration. When a subscription lapses, the plugin keeps working, but updates and support pause until renewed.
If a Pro purchase doesn't work as described and we can't resolve it, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@plugloom.com for a refund, subject to the policy of the store you purchased from (Freemius or the marketplace).
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping backups of your site.
Plugloom
