This policy explains how Plugloom ("we") handles information for this website and our plugins.
We do not sell your data. If you email us, we use your message and contact details only to reply and provide support. Basic, non-identifying server logs may be kept for security and reliability.
Our plugins run on your WordPress site and store their data (such as an order's chosen delivery/pickup date and time) on your own site. We do not receive your customers' order data.
Paid ("Pro") features and updates are managed through Freemius, our licensing and payments provider. When you activate the plugin you are shown an opt-in screen. If you opt in, non-sensitive environment data (site URL, WordPress/PHP versions, active theme/plugins and admin email) is sent to Freemius to improve the product; if you skip the opt-in, this data is not sent. License and update checks are exchanged with Freemius to validate Pro licenses and deliver updates. See the Freemius Privacy Policy and Terms.
Purchases are processed by Freemius (as merchant of record) and/or the marketplace you buy from (e.g. Envato/CodeCanyon). Your payment details are handled by those providers, not by us.
You can decline the plugin's analytics opt-in and still use the plugin. To request deletion of any data you sent us by email, contact support@plugloom.com.
